Eventually when on budget you can use mender fedora because helmet just gives slightly more hp so it's not that much.

Perfect jaspers give 16 str per gem with mythic armor, and necron has 2 gem slots. Foraging gives str, no skill gives cd (minimal in dungeons though) Juju does give 110 cd though.
